Accessibility

Last reviewed: 30 June 2026

Velocity Smart Technology is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We want everyone who visits the site to feel welcome and to find the experience clear and usable.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone. Accessibility is something we work at continuously rather than treat as a one-off task, so the site is reviewed and improved over time.

What we do

As we design and build the site, we work to:

  • use clear, consistent structure and meaningful headings so content is easy to navigate;
  • provide text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • support keyboard navigation and visible focus;
  • maintain sufficient colour contrast for text and interface elements;
  • write in plain, straightforward language wherever we can.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, some third-party or embedded content (for example certain forms, video or interactive tools) may not fully meet our target standard. Where we identify an issue, we work to fix it or to offer the information in another way.
