ServiceNow now has an AI service desk for every kind of company: Otto inside the platform, and Flow for teams not on it yet. Smart Collect® is the only ServiceNow-certified smart locker and vending application, and every record it creates stays in your own instance. These three recipes show where the two meet.

How a recipe works

Your tools spot the need. ServiceNow decides. Smart Collect® completes the physical step.

1Signal

Something you already run notices a need: a failing disk, a new hire, a threat, a message in Teams.

2Decision

ServiceNow decides what should happen, through Otto, Flow or a standard workflow, and records it.

3Handover

Smart Collect® reserves the locker cell, vending item or kiosk compartment, releases the device and logs the collection in your instance.
